Connections: queer issues and immmigration issues

at the LGBT Community Center, 1115 E. Pike, Seattle.
Topics in this training/ information session will include will include immigration options for queer/LGBT folks, potential changes in immigration laws that can benefit and harm queer people, existing legislation and options for two immigrants who are in a same-sex relationship with each other as well as for binational couples, pending legislation such as the scary Specter Bill and the links between queer and immigration issues - the last will be more in a discussion and brainstorming format.
