Did you know that same-sex couples today are denied more than 1,500 rights that are given to heterosexual couples? Some of these rights are:
- The right to inheritance
- The right to hospital visitation and medical decisions on behalf of your spouse.
- The right to health insurance through your spouse
- The right not to testify against your spouse
- The right to sponsor your spouse for immigration into the United States
